Rate:  140 balls per minute.

Description:  The machine is based on a rotating drum and sprocket wheel for holding the balls and links.

The balls are pushed to the link by cam driven mechanical pushers that move while the drum rotates.

The balls, tracers and links are fed automatically by a bowl and linear feeders.

Magnetic conveyor is located under the drum to guide the balls belt (bandolier) after it is assembled.

By the PLC touch screen it is possible to change parameters such as:

      ● number of balls in chains

      ● rate / speed of the machine

      ● automatic / manual mode operation

      ● any requirement configuration between ball and tracer.

a.    Pre storage linear hoppers to provide a bulk storage facility for vibratory  parts feeders of balls, tracers and links.
They are designed to trickle feed products carefully into the feeder on demand at a controlled rate.
Reducing the possibility of damage to the product.
