Description: The machine is semi automatic operated, controlled by PLC with a 7” touch screen.
The links are fed automatically by vibratory bowl feeder and a gravity track to a rotary sprocket wheel.
The balls are fed automatically by vibratory bowl feeder, zig zag vertical magazine and a gravity tray to a groove.
The tracers are manually loaded to a gravity tray through which they are fed to a groove. Each ball is pushed from the groove to the link that located on the rotary sprocket wheel by an air cylinder pusher. After each cycle, the sprocket wheel rotates pneumatically to next step. The assembled balls belt comes out through a tray.
