Description: The fully automatic machine is based on assembly stations along a belt conveyor . Each station contains two feeding systems: one for the balls and one for the stripper clips and automatic loading mechanism that feeds ten rounds on to the stripper channel. After feeding the ten rounds, the two brass tabs on the ends of the metal stripper clip are formed upwards to hold them securely.
● Each station loads 120 balls per minute.
● Standard machine is supplied with two stations 240 balls per minute (24 clips).
● It is possible to add more stations along the belt conveyer.
● The machine is able to load metallic or plastic stripper clip.
● Electrical cabinet contains PLC with a touch screen which operates, controls and monitors the machine, indicates the origin of a problem, its location and remedial action to be taken.
