Description: The machine is fully-automatic operated and controlled by a PLC with a screen and keypad. The machine is based on four stations (wheels):
Station .1.
● Feeding balls by vibratory bowl feeder and vertical zig zag magazine to the first wheel.
● Cleaning the ball tip from dust and oil.
● Sealing the joint between the ball case and the bullet with loctite.
Station .2.
● Drying the bullet tip by blowing hot-air (up to 55°).
Station .3.
● Painting the bullets.
● The bullets tip painted by a rotating shaped wheel, which part of it, is dipped in the container with paint.
Station .4.
● Drying the paint by blowing hot-air.
● Polymerization the sealing loctite with a UV radiation while the ball is spinning.
● Unloading the painted balls outside the machine to a conveyor belt through a tube.
Transferring the balls between the stations is made by synchronized wheels. The machine is operated and controlled by a PLC with a screen and keypad. Through the PLC keypad, it is possible to set up or change a few parameters such as:
